2026 Rates

Minimum Stays:

Spring and Fall- Oceanfront rooms will have minimum requirements for weekends and weekdays.  All other rooms will have minimum stay requirements on the weekends.

Summer (In-Season)- Standard, Standard 1^st Floor Patio, and Oceanfront’s have 3-night minimum, and Suites have a 4-night minimum all summer.  This is for week days and weekends.  4^th of July has a 4-night minimum for all room types.

• Pool and Patio are for registered guest ONLY– To ensure all of our guests have access to our lounges and tables, we do not allow guests of guests to use the pool and patio.
• Premium for stays below minimum nights
• Rates subject to NJ Sales (6.625 %) and Hotel/Municipal Tax (8%)- Totaling 14.625%
• Rates subject to change
• Parking not Guaranteed
• Absolutely NO PETS
• Property & All rooms are NON-SMOKING
• No more than 4 guests in standard/oceanfront rooms and 6 in suites.  If you show up with more guests you will be asked to leave.  The maximums include infants and children.
• Minimum age of 25 to rent a room/nobody under 18 may stay over night without a guardian present
• Beach Badges provided with deposit

Premiums may be charged for one night stays.

Conditions of Reservations:

All bookings require a 40% deposit to be paid to confirm your reservation.  Suites and groups of 3 or more rooms have a 30 day cancellation/amendment period and all other rooms have a 2 week cancellation/amendment period.  Any changes or cancellations must be made at least 30 days in advance for suites/3+ rooms, or 2 weeks in advance for all other room types.  You cannot take a night or more off of your stay once you are within the cancellation period, within that time you are responsible for all of the nights that were booked.  If you cancel at least 30 days/2 weeks in advance depending on your room type, your deposit will be refunded minus a $35 cancellation fee.  If you cancel within those time periods then you will lose your deposit in full.  No refunds will be given due to COVID or any other reasons within the cancellation period.
