Reservations
Reservations open for 2026 starting the first Monday of January (the 5th). Winter reservations are only done by email. You can email us at coralseasmotel@gmail.com to reserve a room (we do not take reservations online). Please let us know your booking request with your dates, how many people are in your party, and if you have a specific room type you are looking for. If you would like a call back, email us and put your number.

All reservations require a deposit. That can be paid by clicking the pay deposit button above, or by sending a check deposit. The deposit is applied to the end of your reservation period and is not transferable. Guests are responsible for payment for all nights reserved regardless of the official arrival or departure date. Minimum stays are required. Minimum age of 25 to rent a room.

3. Refunds and Cancellations
- Refund policies vary by product/service. Please refer to our cancellation policy below, on our FAQ page, or contact us at coralseasmotel@gmail.com.
- Chargebacks without prior communication may be contested with supporting documentation.
4. Security
- All payment transactions are processed using industry-standard SSL encryption.
- We do not store your full credit card information on our servers.
5. Governing Law
- These terms are governed by the laws of New Jersey/USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Cancellations
Deposits will be refunded (minus a $35 cancellation fee) if the hotel is notified at least 14 days prior to arrival (30 days for Suites). Deposits for cancellation requests received less that 14 or more days prior to arrival will not be refunded.
Reservations of three or more rooms requires a 60% non-refundable deposit. Balance is due upon arrival. Coral Seas accepts balance in cash, traveler’s checks, Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discover cards. No personal checks will be accepted, except for advance deposits.
